FMP Development Consultancy Ltd provides training workshops, development courses and programmes to improve the performance of both individuals and the organisation. We work in partnership with organisations to design and develop bespoke training and development workshops and programmes delivered to meet your business needs. We aim to add value and impact to your business. All our training and development programmes are fun, creative, participative and engaging. We like to give practical advice, tips and techniques. 
We can work with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to accredit leadership and management development programmes we deliver. 
We are an accredited practitioner for MiRo and can offer Psychometric assessment.
